Ready to take the lead in a fully remote audit environment?
We’re looking for an experienced senior auditor who can independently manage client files, lead audits, and contribute to audit quality. You’ll work with Dutch companies and be part of a motivated, remote-first team.
What you’ll be doing
• Plan and lead audits for SME and mid-sized clients
• Review and finalize audit files prepared by junior and medior team members
• Communicate directly with clients’ finance teams and directors
• Ensure all work complies with relevant standards and internal methodology
• Guide and coach less experienced auditors during the assignment
• Identify improvement opportunities for the audit process and tools
What you bring
• A completed university degree in audit or accounting
• 5+ years of audit experience, including file leadership
• Proven ability to manage full audit assignments
• Excellent understanding of Dutch GAAP and audit procedures
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented way of working
