Lead financial reporting at Remote Falcons
As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist at Remote Falcons, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of financial reporting. You will lead reporting processes, mentor junior and medior team members, and ensure our clients receive top-tier financial analysis and reporting, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Take charge of financial forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance for clients.
- Manage the month-end close process and ensure accuracy across all financial documentation.
- Investigate audit findings, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with technical accounting standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
What you bring:
- A university degree in finance or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Over 7 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Expertise in accounting software and the financial reporting process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
